Keven I Cabrera MD
Keven Cabrera (he/him) is a faculty member at PolicyLab at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), a pediatric emergency medicine fellow at CHOP, a research fellow at the Penn Medicine Center for Health Justice, and a candidate for the Master in Health Policy Research at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Cabrera is interested in environmental justice and community-centered research and aims to elevate the voices of minoritized communities to bring about environmental action, health justice, and policy change. His current work is focused on the health impacts of local greening initiatives within Philadelphia.
Dr. Cabrera studied biology at Vassar College, received his medical degree from the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell and completed his residency in pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore.
